For more than 80 years, the Penn State Alumni Association has covered the football team with its one-of-a-kind perspective through The Football Letter.
Now, the historic publication begins a new era, with the launching of The Football Letter Live virtual show this fall. This online expansion is to help fill the void without a fall sports season and to rally alumni and fans around Penn State Intercollegiate Athletics.
Hosted by Alumni Association CEO Paul Clifford ’20g, The Football Letter Live will feature regular appearances from longtime editor of The Football Letter, John Black ’62, with the duo sharing a preview of what fans can expect to see in that week’s edition of The Football Letter and discussing various areas of impact for the Alumni Association.
The series will be held each Thursday throughout the fall from September 3 through November 5. We are asking alumni to register for the series via our Football Letter Live event page, but you only need to register once for the entire series. Each week will celebrate a new topic connected to Penn State football.
It's never too early to think about Penn State THON. The chapter will match $250 worth of donations.

You can help give families moments of togetherness by preparing and serving a meal at Cincinnati’s Ronald McDonald House.
Volunteers are a vital part of the Freestore Foodbank’s strategic plan to provide 50 million meals by the year 2020. Every time you volunteer, you will leave knowing that you have helped to provide Food, Connection and Hope for our neighbors in need.
Volunteering at Matthew 25 can be a great team-building activity, and is also very family friendly. A morning or afternoon’s work will typically produce enough finished materials to help hundreds of people in need in the U.S. and around the world.
